Huntington Learning Center in Cypress TX is looking for highly motivated and compassionate Reading and Writing instructors who can teach high school level skills for Exam Prep students planning to take the SAT or ACT. Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
• Expertise in High School English.
• Able to demonstrate proficiency by scoring a 700+ on Reading and Writing Section of SAT.
• Teachers, retired professionals and subject matter experts are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities for Part-Time Teacher / Tutor:

• Provide instruction to Huntington students
• Complete Huntington Training program on Tutoring Exam Prep
• Alert Assistant Directors to any concerns and suggest program changes
• Focus on standardized test prep best practices (SAT/ACT)
